The Monolithic Dome Institute fabricated the Airform that was used as the frame for the dome shell. The Airform is made with a very heavy PVC vinyl fabric that took five men five days to create.
David South, President of MDI, has been extremely helpful and informative about the properties of the monolithic dome.  We appreciate the time he has spent discussing ideas and theories with us.
