Mr. Phillips and Mark discussed several different options before deciding upon the Hydro-Air units coupled with the geo-thermal Florida Heat Pump. Once chosen, Dave Phillips assembled the team necessary to create the transition from ideas and theories into a reality. Seven wells were dug to service the 9-loop Hydro-Air system.
